Gail Friedlander is the innovator of Images That Suit, an exceptionally unique personal shopping experience.
She designed an office consulting space rather than a store, where each client room has the look and feel of a small living room. To explain this non store setting she coined the expression “showroom shopping”.
Her inspiration came from her background in recruiting, training and career counseling. In l984 she combined the concept of a complimentary private wardrobe consultation with the availability of business, business casual and weekend clothing all under one roof.
Gail feels a client benefits from complimentary one to one fashion and wardrobe counseling, a private relaxing setting, honest advice, and a great selection of clothing.
Gail and the Images That Suit consulting staff are eager to participate in community fundraisers; a fashion show makes a great entertainment, and an ITS gift certificate is always a popular door prize or silent auction item.
Gail teaches Salesmanship, and Entrepreneurism courses at the International Academy of Design, in Toronto. She has addressed many corporate, and professional groups on topics associated with Image and Impact.
In her spare time she enjoys writing, working out, and spending time with her family and friends.
Images That Suit has grown to two successful locations in Toronto, and Mississauga that support over 6500 sq. ft. and over 35 fashion labels.
